Great picture.

We have had our TV for about 2 weeks. It has an excellent picture. The only problems we have had are we had no picture once and no sound once. Each time we had unplug the TV to reboot. The TV then worked fine.

Breath taking picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung oled series did not disappoint when it comes to picture quality. The only issue I have with recent samsung TVs would be the poorly designed stock stand especially for larger screen sizes.

Tv sucks

I hate this tv. If it wasn’t so expensive I would throw it in the nearest dumpster. It is complicated to operate. Simple things like turning it on to find what I was looking at prior to turning it off. No impossible.

Terrible sound

The picture is very good .BUT THE SOUND IS TERRIBLE ,HAS TO CONSTANTLY BE ADJUSTED .AND I MEAN IT BLASTS YOUR EARS OUT . THEN AFTER SO LONG GOES BACK TO NORMAL . CAN ANYTHING BE DONE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM ? ITS DRIVING ME NUTS !!

Jwhee, Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this: 1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off. 2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off. 3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope these tips help. Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a great picture reception strong. The only problem I have is the remote. I miss the selection buttons for the channels. The control for the channels on the bottom is awkward.

Amazing picture
