I wore this out to a haunted house and for all the women that have a little leaking here and there, know that getting scared, laughing, screaming can escalate the amount that leaks. It can hold a lot but I got very bad chaffing and I even used body glide to prevent it. So if you aren’t planning on running in it, it’ll work great for you.
