I would usually wear big pads for overnight only but with the poise fresh protection I could wear them all day, they are not noticeable when worn they are flexible, durable and odorless. Absolutely love these pads.

My mom uses them instead of adult diapers when she goes out, and she feels more comfortable and less embarrassed because she can just change the pad instead of taking off her pants. Definitely worth buying if you need something heavy-duty but not bulky like Depends.
