I didn't care for feeling like I was wearing a mattress. It was a little noisy as well. I experience leaks around time for my period and this definitely catches light accidents but the bulk took my back to when I first started wearing pads. It was unpleasant but effective. There has to be a happy medium, right?

I don't think it would be easy to wear since it is quite large. To test leakage I used a measuring cup with water to test it. I was able to put half a cup of water on it and it soaked it up without feeling wet. Any water after that was a little bit wet feeling.
