They don’t feel like a diaper which is what I was worried about because they’re so thick but they’re surprisingly comfortable. They adhered well but I did have some issues with them rolling up a little while I slept. I would still recommend.

However, one downside is the width—there isn’t a sticker or adhesive on the sides to help secure it in place. With movement, this can shift and potentially cause leaks. Adding side adhesive would make a big difference for a more secure fit. Still a very good product for absorbency, just needs a small design improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try Poise 6 Point Ultimate Absorbency Pads. First off they are super long, But they are not super thick or bulky. Which is nice. I normally don't wear super long pads as my bladder leaking issues are pretty minor, but there. But I tested this product for 2 weeks as I wanted to see how they held up. First off this pad is pretty comfortable. But I know it is there. They do not feel bulky. They easily held my leaks and they absorbed them well so I did not feel wet. Also there was no odor. Which is great. I definitely felt confident after a few days. So I rate this product 5 stars. Thank you Poise and Influenster for this opportunity.
