They come wrapped up nice and small to conveniently take anywhere, but that says nothing on how large and absorbent they are once you unwrap them! They stay in place well, and I didn’t notice any skin irritation.

So, coughs and sneezes are my enemies. Also, a full bladder while trying to find a restroom, is NOT fun. The Poise pads offer amazing absorbency with discretion and no noise. Nobody can tell you are wearing them.

However, the large size is a bit too bulky for my personal comfort. While it offers great coverage, it feels thicker and longer than I prefer, which can be noticeable when wearing more fitted clothing. If you’re looking for maximum absorbency and don’t mind a larger pad, this could work well, but for everyday comfort I’d probably choose a smaller size.

The absorbency is excellent and provides strong protection and confidence throughout the day. It handles heavier needs very well and feels reliable overall. However, one downside is the width—there isn’t a sticker or adhesive on the sides to help secure it in place. With movement, this can shift and potentially cause leaks. Adding side adhesive would make a big difference for a more secure fit. Still a very good product for absorbency, just needs a small design improvement.
