The absorbency is impressive and I don’t have to worry about leaks, even on long days. They stay in place well, feel soft against the skin, and don’t feel bulky under clothing. I also appreciate how discreet they are—you can’t tell I’m wearing them at all. They’re a bit more expensive than some options, but the quality and reliability make them worth it.

Poise brand has always been a go-to, and these pads specifically are amazing for heavy days! If I've got a lot of activity or I'm really worried about potential leaks these are better coverage and thicker absorption for anything that I might encounter! I don't have to worry about any potential leaks or issues and it's a One-Stop shop for taking the worry off my brain. I will add that these are thick and wide coverage so they are definitely specifically for high activity or heavy days but they definitely do the job!

The pads don’t move a lot which says how good the glue is. Feels soft on my skin and do not give a rash. Only problem is that they are bulky and not extremely thin.

Im sure this would fit anyone. I can say it does look and feel just a bit bulky but depending on what you wear you like if jeans or thicker material, you can't tell. I like that they are individually wrapped, so I can keep some on the go!
