They are very large pads which definitely cover front to back making it great for long days sitting. They are a little bulky dur to their large size.they do great with odor control. After decades of using the thinnest menstrual pads I could find, I just could not transition to these. They were just uncomfortable and unfortunately I don’t know if they work better than a menstrual pad for incontinence issues or not because I was unable to wear one long enough to find out.
