It's a relief to not have to worry about an embarrassing accident, because I can trust that it will hold for urgency gushes. It has better absorbency than a previously used store brand from a bulk store, which is the only other similar size pad that I have used. It does the job, but I do wish that it didn't feel so thick, and that edges were more tapered. It's so bulky that it's obvious I'm wearing a big pad unless I wear loose clothing. There is not enough stickiness to hold it down sufficiently. It has lifted up off of my underwear as I pulled them down. It is also quite wide. The size dimensions are about 14 inches long by 4.5 inches wide. I did not experience any smell, sounds, or leakage. I am glad to have it as an option for the bad bladder irritation days, long car rides, flights, and just in case as needed.

Honestly I always thought it was for elderly woman for bladder leaks . They weren't scented BUT i liked the fresh cotton smell when you open the bag . The fit though was a little bulky , I would probably go down 2 sizes . The only negative thing would be the attached wings. It did shift alot . I would definitely need the winged ones , if available. But for absorbency, A+ . Would buy this product again .

The absorption is 10/10 and no leaks when changing. It is a bit bulky but afters about 10 mins u forget it's there. Overall great product.
