They provide great protection for your day to day urinary leakages. These pads are specifically designed for heavy leaks so you will have no worries and walk confidently throughout your day. These are odorless and will not irritate your skin. I wear these for those long work hours when getting to the bathroom in a timely manner can be a problem for me. The only downside is the width. It’s not quite wide enough, which can cause occasional leaks during daytime movement. If Poise made these just a bit wider, they’d be perfect. So, coughs and sneezes are my enemies. Also, a full bladder while trying to find a restroom, is NOT fun. The Poise pads offer amazing absorbency with discretion and no noise. It’s thick enough to hold alot but doesn’t feel uncomfortable. And it doesn’t feel harsh on the skin area. I’m definitely using these and the size for night !
