Poise pads are a pice of mind to prevent bad odor, the size of the pad goes on the big side and you will feel that is there but no body is going to noticed, unless wearing yoga pants.

These really had great protection. The texture was so soft and I had zero reaction from the item itself. My one issue was these were so incredibly long. I'm not sure the reason why and you can't just cut them to fit they will ruin them. So I loved them except for the length which I'm going to finish cause my body will adjust to length.

The edges curve and stretch with you which I find the best aspect of the product. The absorbency is key I feel like I don’t have to worry about. They are thick but they don’t show which is also a plus.
