I love these pads because they are long enough to cover both the front and the back of the panty. At night, there is no chance of leakage running up the back of front when you shift in the bed. Great coverage, and no leakage.

this pad has changed, the curves do not help with leakage. I just compared it with one from last years and it is definitely not the pad I was used to using. I don't know if I could recommend this product as I once did. For many years I worked assisted lining, now I just visit many residents and their families have become friends. I wish poise didn't change.

The package states that each pad can hold up to 12 hours, which I'm sure they can but I have to change mine at every restroom break, which I do for any coverage that I use for my hygiene. The pads are big and bulky to be absorbent. Which is why I can only wear them at night in comfortable clothes, they are not comfortable wearing jeans or anything tight.
