I gave one to try to a family member who was having a coughing fight and she was so thankful for them because it helped out with leaking and leakage. It wasn’t obvious I was wearing them, despite how long they were. As far as comfort, they were pretty good but I found them a bit too wide for me. After wearing them for a few hours, they began rubbing the inside of my legs. Granted, they probably need to be this wide to ensure coverage and optimal protection. When wearing these at night, I found I had no leakage, like I’ve had with store brand extra long pads. Overall I thought these were very good for getting the job done and I would recommend them to someone who needs protection with subtlety.

They fit comfortably even more then my thinner ones and I haven't noticed much shifting from walking. They are long enough when I don't have any leakage which is so wonderful.
