I thought the long length might be uncomfortable but in fact to my surprise I felt comfortable and extra protected while wearing them. I have an inconsistent problem so during the day while wearing the pad if I had a little accident which I usually do the Absorbency in the pad was great. It was thick and held in the urine and it did not leak through to my underwear. It’s just like if I don’t make it in time to the ladies room while I am out or at home. I am sold on Poise they are comfortable and I don’t feel like I am even wearing anything and like I mentioned the fact they stayed in place was a plus for me. I used to wear bulky diapers because I thought that’s what I needed but now I found my new go to and I am quite pleased and will definitely be buying it again. I felt that sleeping with the pad on was not uncomfortable, like other pads in the same amount of coverage and absorbency. It stayed put and did not shift while I was sleeping and it aided in not leaking and so I was not embarrassed by overnight accidents.

I only use them overnight and use a thinner size during the day. Absorbency is great and odor control is amazing as well.
