I can take it with me and place in my gymbag or purse. The length is perfect and you can't really tell you are wearing them. Also, the leakage protection is very absorbant. I will continue to use this product. I highly recommend.

I really wasn't sure how soft they would be, but I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with how smooth they are on my skin; no rubbing or chafing. I was concerned about the length but it turns out that the length is perfect for my body size, so I'm super happy! The absorbency factor, has been a great relief, so important to me because I'm nervous about being away from home for long periods of time. Now, wearing Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length, I've been able to confidently go out and stay gone for as long as I need to be, knowing that I'm secure, safe and I don't have to worry about any leaks or overflows. Great product from a great company, I will be purchasing them again in the future and highly recommend them! 5 Stars!

It prevents front accidental bladder leakage and I’m pretty sure it would be good for period leakage as well. I wear it day and night and it stays in place quite well. I would recommend it to everyone.
