They provide reliable coverage against leaks, and they are not too small overall. They are comfortable to wear and do not tear easily. These are some of the best pads I have ever worn. They are on the large size so they definitely will show if you are wearing tight clothes but they work great for overnight. I would recommend purchasing for overnight wear. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Poise pads are a good product. They were comfortable and absorbed good. The only thing I would say bad is some of the pads sticky didn't want to stay stuck. That's why I gave a 4 star. Other than that they did the job.

They are basically diapers without the walls. I don't recommend them for younger or older people. You are 100x better off just buying a diaper. I do appreciate the opportunity to try a free sample but it's too much.
