They are great in case you’re stuck in insane traffic, post surgery, or need some extra help overnight. They are nice and long ensuring they fit where you need it. There is no heavy perfume scent and they last all night or for hours during the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have nighttime incontinence, I was happy to try the Poise Long Length Ultimate Absorbency Pads. I figured that since they're a well-known brand and using words like "ultimate" I had surely hit the jackpot. I was completely WRONG! While the pads were long, the "ultimate" absorbency was lacking (which is weird, because they are both thick and wide. They were so wide that they were mildly uncomfortable). I was really shocked to wake up to a wet bed. I don't even have that issue with the no-frills brands, in shorter lengths. Maybe this will be a good option for someone, but definitely not for me.

I did not experience any leakage or bunching up on the sides like most pads- I was very surprised overall with how well it held up. Its wide in the front and back which helps it stay in place when doing normal activities throughout the day. Glad I made the switch I've always used ALWAYS but will be using this brand going forward!

It’s nice to not have to worry about leaks on the go and when you’re somewhere that it would be completely humiliating to have an accident. These are comfortable and I’ve noticed no odor. There are 27pads in a pack and I’ve got the 6 drop long size. These Comes in different sizes/options depending on what you need. Period pads aren’t designed for pee but this brand is. These have good Absorption for bladder leaks. This helps you stay Clean, dry, fresh, and zero odor. It has contour fit design making it more comfortable. Size 6 has the longer front and back too that helps to make sure there’s no leakage. It has Moisture wicking on top layer so you stay dry all day. No irritation. I love that this is also Individually wrapped.

These are really comfortable you really can't tell you have one on. You feel nothing on the pad it soaks everything in leaving you dry so you can feel comfortable until you can get into a restroom and change. They are comfortable to walk around a mall or even a grocery store with confidence.
