Great for nighttime coverage but I was too self conscious to wear during the day becsuse you could definitely see them through the pant. I used when I was really sick and coughing a lot which tends to cause leakage for me after having 3 kids and they did a great job keeping the moisture away from my skin so I felt dry all night long.
