They are so lightweight, you barely notice them, but they offer incredible hold. I rely on Poise 6-drop ultimate absorbency specifically for bedtime use. Typically I have worn maxi pads for my periods that worked but I never felt like they wicked away enough moisture. These pouse originals were better at pulling the moisture in soxthat I didn't feel wet.
