[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads have great protection. This size 6 was a bit large for me as you can see in the pictures. They were as long as my arm! However, since having a hysterectomy holding my bladder isn’t the greatest anymore. These were very dependable with great absorption and odor control. I have since purchased size 4 and am extremely happy with them.

Not thin either, somewhere in between ! They will keep you dry for sure. They stay where they are supposed to stay! No adjusting needed. I would use these on days when I’m not sure when or where my next restroom break will be! They would work great over night as well!

She tried many different brands of these incontinence pads and these by far are the best ones ever. She haven't had any trouble with leaks or overflow. They absorb quickly. They are big and long, but it works for her.No leakage greater absorbency and comfortable to wear. We will continue to purchase them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't always need this level of protection, but when I do the Poise Pads 6 Drop, Ultimate Absorbency helps me feel more secure. It's a relief to not have to worry about an embarrassing accident, because I can trust that it will hold for urgency gushes. It has better absorbency than a previously used store brand from a bulk store, which is the only other similar size pad that I have used. It does the job, but I do wish that it didn't feel so thick, and that edges were more tapered. It's so bulky that it's obvious I'm wearing a big pad unless I wear loose clothing. There is not enough stickiness to hold it down sufficiently. It has lifted up off of my underwear as I pulled them down. It is also quite wide. The size dimensions are about 14 inches long by 4.5 inches wide. I did not experience any smell, sounds, or leakage. I am glad to have it as an option for the bad bladder irritation days, long car rides, flights, and just in case as needed.

I usually struggle with leaks when using larger pads, but the side barriers on this one kept everything in check. It proves you shouldn't judge a book by its cover!
