Absorbency is excellent..Also it doesn’t show when you have them on so no embarrassment.

There is very little shift, even at night during sleep. The packaging is nice and very portable for on the go. Absorption is great and hardly any odor. Absolutely stays intact with no deterioration. Works great for my Multiple Sclerosis symptom of incontinence.

As a mother of 5 kids I struggled with leaks and these pads sure do help for those long late nights leaks and opps . I’m no longer having to use the wet pads on the bed and these are so easy to use they show where the front is and they are very absorbing. They don’t have any scent and they fit onto my underwear comfortably.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise.com has an Absorbency Scale which claims: Ultimate Absorbency - 6 Drops "Offering the highest level of protection for significant bladder leakage or gushes, these pads ensure maximum comfort and security during daily activities or more strenuous tasks. Offered in Ultra Thin." I tested this Poise pad with 2 cups of warm water and did my best to produce a "gush" of water. I'm impressed! A single drop splashed off the side of the pad but everything else was absorbed quickly. There is a slight wetness to the pad when you touch it but it's a pad, not a diaper. It is also very soft to the touch and was fairly quiet when I opened it. It's around 15 inches/38 centimeters long and 4 inches/10 centimeters wide (in the center).
