I bought this online and had it delivered to the house. I chose to build it myself, and although it took some time, it was not difficult. All of the holes are pre-drilled, and with a power drill the bolts and screws all go together quickly. One piece was damaged during shipping and Backyard Discovery's customer service was quick to send a replacement, no questions asked.

I bought this for my son's birthday in February. He has played on it so much already it has already paid for itself (in a sense). Great quality! The team that came out and put it together were amazing as well. They put it together in ONE day! Highly recommend this playset.

We bought this set for our kids for Christmas. It sat in a garage until we could properly level the backyard and get it built. Unboxing and organizing the pieces was a pain but invaluable to us keeping our sanity while we put it together. We used a combination of the voice directed 3-D BILT instructions and the paper instructions. It took us three solid days and then a few hours here and there to finish it up. The set comes with two hex bits which allowed us to each have a drill gun to get it done faster. Some of the boards did split and some of the holes weren’t bored all the way. But overall, it was relatively easy to put together. Just time consuming. The kids absolutely love it and we feel like it’s a quality product that we’ll have for a long time.

Quality product. All hardware and lumber was there, almost all predrilled holes aligned perfectly. Instructions and video made it easy to assemble if you pay attention to where holes are for other steps. You have to unbox and lay out all boards and hardware by numbers to be able to find the right parts because they are packed for shipping not assembly. Made it easy to find once grouped by numbers.

As a Grandfather to watch my Grandchildren laughing and having such a Wonderful time playing on your extremely well built swing set is one of my Greatest joys for an old man!! I had an initial small problem with getting a part and customer service stayed on it until I was completely satisfied!! Thank you and your company for selling a Great product that brings joy to ALL ages!!!

Best project to pass the Covid stay at home blues with my 2 year old construction helper! Instructions on the Bilt app are very thorough and specific, so I know I'm building it right! Doing it all myself, still not finished, but my son is so excited that he is "helping" daddy build his house! I'm sure my kids will enjoy it for a long time.

We got this for Christmas for our kids 5, 7, and 10. They love it, even the big kids love the club house feel of the top level and the covered porch. The assembly was intense but after 2.5 full days of work my husband and I were super proud of how it turned out. It really is just step by step by step. Power tools did speed up the process quite a bit. The neighbors have all asked where we got it and their kids all want one too. It is quite the croud pleaser! Thank you backyard discovery!

We originally ordered during the height of Covid from another retailer, and was eventually told our order was canceled. We ordered this the next day and it was delivered promptly. We had one piece that arrived broken during transit but it did not affect any part of the set. The building process was quite long, and some of the instructions weren't clear but overall it was an easy set up. The entire set seems extremely sturdy and we love all of the 'extras' that came standard. This included the tunnel, slide, two swings and the bar. We added some solar lights and it's just perfect!

We were finally able to get our hands on a swing set this past May. In came in fairly quick. The 4 huge boxes got me scared at first when thinking about all the parts we were going to have to put together. I went through the instructions, checked and sorted the pieces before we started. I would highly recommend putting them in alphabetical order as it will make work go that much faster once you start putting stuff together. It took my husband and I two solid days of work to put together plus the few hours to check the parts list and organize them. I would recommend this playset to all my friends and family. The kids (and I!) love it. It is sturdy enough for me and my two little to play in. It would be big enough for 5-6 kids to play on. The handles to help climb are perfect. The only downside would be the slide. I wish it wasn’t wavy. It’s pretty fast and my 3 year old almost gets thrown out of it. We have to hold her to go down for now.

We bought this as our “forever” playground for our two kiddos. We love it so much!!! The design is perfect for our little ones but also large enough to grow with them. I love the 3 swing features and little house on top. My son and daughter LOVE to play in their new playground!
