Replacing an Old Night Owl system, almost went with another Brand because the old system was so bad in App remote connectivity and pic quality. Decide to give a chance on new 4k system with existing cable. i made a great decision to stay with Night Owl, New system have great connections and great pics. Thank You Night Owl

I had a problem with the hard drive when I first was trying to setup the system. I call support and they were very nice and helpful. They said the hard drive had a problem and sent per paid shipping label. I got the new hard drive in about a week and everything was fine. The camera are very good with good resolution. I would buy again.

I have an issue with one camera and have called and emailed Night Owl warranty department. They are not responding even to the emails which they provided to give information. Their customer service is of little help and most the time after holding for almost an hour the recorded message will ask for you information so they can call you back. But they don’t. I would pick a different security camera product at Sams.

We bought this system last month and we’re pleasantly surprised by the ease of setup and the effectiveness of the camera coverage. Very glad we found this product.

The camera are great with very clear picture but the directions for setup and use are very vague. I cannot figure out how to add my husband as a second user so he can view from his phone and tablet.

I bought a couple weeks ago. Had to buy the extra batteries so it last a year with out recharging. Picture pretty good for wireless. Need 3 more to replace my plug in ones.

So happy that I bought this alarm system. The cameras have amazing clarity, so much better than Brinks which I was using before. I’ll definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

The product works exactly as advertised. Great picture, convenient app and more piece of mind. The feed is about a second behind due to the wireless nature of the product. Other than that it’s a great buy!

This is an awesome surveillance system for the price...it’s super easy to get up and running. Picture quality, color, and clarity is fine. I also added the camera door bell. It integrated well.

We added this camera to two older cameras. All three are used as stand alone (no VCR) cameras and viewed using the night owl connect app. Most of the new cameras will not work with the older Night Owl Connect APP.
