I’m very happy with this play house. It was a great deal when we purchased it. It does come in many pieces, as others have said, and it does take hours to build it. My husband spent about four hours putting it together, it’s well worth it, our son is very happy and plays everyday in it. My negative is the smell. Whatever the material, it had such a strong smell for two weeks I’d say and slowly dissipated over time, made me feel nauseous. Luckily, we were able to keep a window open and air it out.

There is a lot of pieces but the directions are pretty easy to follow. You definitely want to use a drill for all of the fixtures. It would be too much to use a screw driver by hand. Very cute, the wood is lighter than I thought at first and plan to water proof it but overall we are very satisfied.

We kept this in the box until Memorial Day weekend. My husband ,15 year oldand 22 year old granddaughters put it together while making memories Two of the great grandchildren came on Sunday. They are 2 and 1 years old. The youngest loved giving bites of pizza to everyone.

The Kidcraft Playhouse I purchased was everything I hoped it was. This made the second Kidcraft I had assembled and if you are doing it by yourself set aside at least four hours to assemble. The more level your surface the better. But it was well engineered. Everything went together just like it was supposed to.

Our summers are too hot for our grands to play outside for very long. We purchased the pizza kitchen for indoor play and it’s been a big hit! Placed toward the corner of a bedroom leaves the door, service window & picnic area open for business. Our 5 & 3 year olds have enjoyed hours of play cooking and serving to their g-parents. Highly recommended. Would suggest an all day commitment & help by another person for getting assembled.

The Kidkraft Grill and Chill Pizza kitchen is going to be a lot of fun for our grandson. My husband and I were able to put this together in about 6 to 7 hours. The directions could be a little difficult to follow for people who have not had experience putting furniture together!

This house is an absolute nightmare to assemble. My father who is a very skilled carpenter for many years took over 6 hours straight to assemble this. Requires tools, an impact drill gun at minimum, no pre drilled holes, requires skill, and measuring. It’s basically a thousand screws, tons of pieces of wood, and awful instructions. Wood is SPLINTER city. The wood is not smooth and children will get splinters. If your looking to spend days on assembly and a headache, then go ahead.

Good quality. To many pieces and kind of a pain to assemble. Well worth it, my granddaughter loved it.

Very sturdy, the kids loved it. But there were a lot of pieces and it took my husband 2 days to assemble.

Takes hours to assemble. So many parts and a lot of time. Make sure you have a clear mind and patience before putting together.
