Great little house with lots for kids to do. My only complaint is that the wood is very soft and cracked in some places when putting in the screws. I got a really good deal on the house though so i only took one star off if i had paid full price i would have been more angry about the wood cracking. You get what you pay for. My kids love the working doorbell and all the play food.

Seriously! This is the best money ever spent on a toy! For less than it would cost to take my family of six to dinner, I bought a Grill and Chill Pizza party playhouse that will provide many, many hours of fun for our two year old twins. The boys couldn't quite wait for it to be finished. Two grandpas were building it and the boys saw the progress and were so excited. It is the perfect size for two year olds and two can play without fighting because there's just so much to do. It's a chore to put this thing together but we didn't have any trouble figuring it all out. So far, it's taken two people around three hours-- so about six hour total, but this thing is complex. There are a lot of pieces and details to this. All of the pieces are clearly labeled and if you go one step at a time, the instructions are actually very good. I got it on sale and it was almost half price compared to other sites I had seen it on. I think we'll add a coat of mariner's varnish to this, but it's really nicely made and good quality.

Directions can be difficult to follow. It is a two person assembly.

Loved it once it was put together. Two men, with proper tools took 6 hours. That’s long. But my grandson loves it and that’s all that matters

A lot of steps to put together but definitely worth it. Real wood, great coloring, and seems like it will last a long time.

My kids are in love with this playhouse and the menu they put together is everything a mother can ask for.

This playhouse took a couple of hours to assemble but it is quite sturdy, easy to relocate and the grandkids love it!

Easy set up. Took about 30 minutes to layout part and verify they were all there. And about 2.5 hours to put together with 2 people.
