They recently changed the water from spring water to something else. But even worse is the bottle, which is cheaper and thinner, so that it collapses into itself as the water is drawn out, making it unusable. I would give it a zero rating if they let me. Do not waster your money.

These containers are awful.... basically a 5 Gallon water bottle. They are so flimsy and easily able to dent. I don't want the possibility of 5 Gallons if water leaking into my home because the plastic is thin. Also their is NO handle on these to its easy to drop. Please go back to the old ones.
