Excellent when it’s in stock never have it when I need it

Title says it all. Refilling yourself allows you to not fill to top and have water on floor when you put tube in and cap on.

This water tastes good, is easier to carry and lasts “long enough” for 2 people in our experience. One gallon less than the traditional bottle isn’t noticeable to us.

It's great to be able to purchase this while I do my shopping there. The delivery companies are very hard to deal with and I'd rather buy water for my dispenser from you.

I was tired of cleaning up all the water bottles around the house and then I seen this at Sam's. I thought maybe this will help me and just so happened family loves it. I bought a electric pump so you don't need to have a water cooler to use it.

These bottles seem to be a good value. However, they tend to collapse in on themselves as the water is used. We've had to remove(thus lose about 1/4 of the water) because the collapsing bottle would not sit straight on the dispenser and started leaking. This has happened on different water coolers made by different manufacturers. So, we've concluded it must be the bottles.

I ordered 4 water jugs for delivery. I’m upstairs so it’s hard for me to carry them upstairs. I tip extra for this service. The jugs are delivered with all the necks bent so they won’t fit on my water dispenser. I spoke with the delivery person she said she watched them go out the door and it was the delivery guys fault. It WAS absolutely not him. It was the bottles they can’t sell in the store so I got them. Thanks. They were refunded but I still don’t have any water. So I had to go to Sam’s and get them myself. So why am I paying extra for delivery?

I often buy Member's Mark water, but this is my first 4 gallon purchase. I haven't used enough to see if the bottle collapses as a lot of other reviews state, but my issue started with storage. My storage tower holds 3 bottles, the 2 lower shelves for additional nottles angle very slightly downward. As soon as I placed a bottle on a shelf it began to leak from the factory sealed cap. Now I either have a storage unit that'll never work for Member's Mark water and I'll have to take up unnecessary space elsewhere to store my bottles or I'll need to switch to a water delivery service in order to use my space-saving unit. I honestly think I'll switch since to get these delivered free I'd have to spend $50, plus a nice tip and it becomes cheaper to use a service.

For real - why can't Sam's keep this in stock? They have changed the shape of the bottle, offered different options but it is NEVER in stock for more than a few days, which is stupid. Get it together

These bottles were horrible. As water was dispensed , bottles kept collapsing like a vacuum! Three of the bottles cracked and spilled water every where! Horrible!
