It's great to be able to purchase this while I do my shopping there. The delivery companies are very hard to deal with and I'd rather buy water for my dispenser from you.

These water bottles are perfect size and great price, fingers crossed they carry them all the time.

I love having the water dispenser and the water however, the last 2 months y'all have not had the water bottles available for purchase. When will this issue be resolved?

I use them when they are in stock, they have been out more than they are in stock, alot of waisted trips to find out they are our. I have been looking for other alternatives

I ordered 4 water jugs for delivery. I’m upstairs so it’s hard for me to carry them upstairs. I tip extra for this service. The jugs are delivered with all the necks bent so they won’t fit on my water dispenser. I spoke with the delivery person she said she watched them go out the door and it was the delivery guys fault. It WAS absolutely not him. It was the bottles they can’t sell in the store so I got them. Thanks. They were refunded but I still don’t have any water. So I had to go to Sam’s and get them myself. So why am I paying extra for delivery?

I often buy Member's Mark water, but this is my first 4 gallon purchase. I haven't used enough to see if the bottle collapses as a lot of other reviews state, but my issue started with storage. My storage tower holds 3 bottles, the 2 lower shelves for additional nottles angle very slightly downward. As soon as I placed a bottle on a shelf it began to leak from the factory sealed cap. Now I either have a storage unit that'll never work for Member's Mark water and I'll have to take up unnecessary space elsewhere to store my bottles or I'll need to switch to a water delivery service in order to use my space-saving unit. I honestly think I'll switch since to get these delivered free I'd have to spend $50, plus a nice tip and it becomes cheaper to use a service.

I absolutely love this product but absolutely hate that Sam's Club has chosen to discontinue it. Like so many other things at Sam's, they dont stock things I like consistently

For real - why can’t Sam’s keep this in stock? They have changed the shape of the bottle, offered different options but it is NEVER in stock for more than a few days, which is stupid. Get it together

I used to buy this water all the time but my club hasn’t carried it in over a month. I am getting the run around from club and whoever I contacted by email.I bought the dispenser from club and now you are not going to carry the water? Bring it back please.

why are you out of water you have been out of water for over three weeks, did you get looped in by Primo water company as well. We are buying our water from you because they would never deliver our water to us. Is this what has happened to Sams as well the Primo Rep was there a couple of weeks ago and tried to talk to me about there water. I explained to them that they are not customer service friendly at all and that I wanted nothing to do with their company.
