I love having the water dispenser and the water however, the last 2 months y'all have not had the water bottles available for purchase. When will this issue be resolved?

Water is great tasting, but they never have it in stock and is more a 1 star rating for Sam’s Club logistics person(s) …off to BJ’s to start getting my water there, Sam’s is too inconsistent!!

For real - why can’t Sam’s keep this in stock? They have changed the shape of the bottle, offered different options but it is NEVER in stock for more than a few days, which is stupid. Get it together

Very nice to be able to have water "on tap" so to speak. Very convenient but the jugs are always just a little bit too full and a small amount spills out during installation

It’s great water. Bought a water cooler from Sam’s because of this water and now I can’t ever get it because it’s CONSTANTLY out of stock. I don’t understand how you have this many issues with production.

Horrible bottles. The plastic is so cheap that they crinkle like the air is being sucked out of them. It's loud. It's annoying. I believe it's because the bottle is cheaply made of ridiculously thin material. Other manufacturers bottles do not crumble like that with water in them.

I've given it one star, however it was a five-star product until it became completely unavailable. A store associate has told us that it was not discontinued as with many items we get hooked on buying then disappear, but it had a packaging issue that was being addressed before they restocked. but no other information can be given on that and I'm not 100% sure that that was a true reason for the problem. this is a staple especially in the coastal area to make sure we keep on hand, due to power outages, remedial municipal water quality and the occasional storms we get. why is it out of stock for so long (going on months) and is it returning and WHEN? My family is on hold waiting for these to return that are priced within our budget. The whole reason we bought a water dispenser was for these bottles at that price, now we have a useless water dispenser and nothing to reload it. We are now required to buy 36 packs of members mark water which is not convenient nor affordable for our needs. please fix this ASAP or at least give better explanation as to what's going on!

I used to buy this water all the time but my club hasn’t carried it in over a month. I am getting the run around from club and whoever I contacted by email.I bought the dispenser from club and now you are not going to carry the water? Bring it back please.

Flimsy design, always had to look for a non dented, non cracked one in the store. I picked one up and it leaked all over me. We decided to get water delivered which was only $2 more, but the water was actually in 5 gallons and not 4 gallons (like these ones!)

I drink a lot of water and I love bottled water. I felt bad killing the planet with the ridiculous amount of water bottles that I would go through. I started looking for a solution. I bought a water cooler and use these bottles for a quick refreshing drink. Love them!
