i cant believe I'm complaining about this, but its tooooooooo full. i have the bottom loaded water dispenser (that was sold in store next to these), and it makes a mess when i open them to put them in. i do not have this problem with the aftual Primo ones. its obnoxious and not friendly with the actual system they sell next to these waters. you cant remove the seal without water spilling. its toooooo full/unfriendly.

These bottles are horrible. No handle so they are difficult to lift. The bottle lid is impossible to take off. The pull tab is way too small and thick. You have to get an exacto knife to cut the tab larger and then get pliers, because the material is so thick and slick, like waxy, u cant grasp it, to pull the new tab that I cut larger. I will never buy this brand again. Stick to Sparkletts.

Good water, but it's never in stock. They show ads for it but it's pointless to go to the store to look for it.

Great product but can never get it. I invested in a water cooler but now always have to get my water for a higher price elsewhere. I regret the cooler purchase

The reason 1 star is because I cant find them anywhere...I used to buy at least 15 or more..now the discontinued the product?? Are they ever going to bring back the 4 gallon ?

Great water but always out of stock for some unknown reason. Employees never know why either. It's hard to find good tasting water in 4 or 5 gal jugs.

This is great-tasting water, but it’s always out of stock. I keep checking the app at different club locations, but nothing :( It’s not a reliable product anymore, otherwise I’d have given it 5 stars.
