Although this is only 4 gallons and not the 5 we're used to, it's so much cheaper than going with a water company like Sparklettes or Ozarka. The water tastes great, and having it delivered to my front door helps because I'm handicapped. It really sucks when, like right now, it's sold out, and you can't pick it up, much less have it delivered or shipped. That's the only downfall that I have experienced. I highly recommend this water, but I kind of don't want to because then it means that more people will be helping to sell it out even quicker than it already is! lol

why are you out of water you have been out of water for over three weeks, did you get looped in by Primo water company as well. We are buying our water from you because they would never deliver our water to us. Is this what has happened to Sams as well the Primo Rep was there a couple of weeks ago and tried to talk to me about there water. I explained to them that they are not customer service friendly at all and that I wanted nothing to do with their company.

We absolutely love these 4 gallon jugs if water for our dispenser. Nice refreshing taste!! Whenever we're on vacation and fet back home we be looking forward to getting that nice cold refreshing tasteit gives us. It's only water we buy for our dispenser we're very well pleased and satisfied with our purchases of this water...

We have a water cooler at home and these are the perfect sized water bottles for me. They are 4 gallons versus the standard 5 gallons which makes it easier for me get in and out of the cart, car, and into the cooler. You can't beat the price! I love this bottled water, but wish we could exchange the empty bottles for new ones.

Nice price but the bottles that I bought all we're bent on the top and in the corners the plastic it's made cheap and they we're handled very poorly by employees when I took them to refill it to a water purifier I marked 4 gallons in the machine and it overfilled and there's no more in the stores

I've been using this water for over a year now in my Primo water dispenser. The water tastes great and is on par with my previous water delivery water. The bottle is only 4 gallons, which means we go through it faster. It was a better value when it cost $4.99, when it went up to $5.99, it is not a deal. The Primo water ends up being a better value, but it is not available in all Sam's Club warehouses.

I ordered these for pickup. They were ready when I got there and the associate brought them to my vehicle. I only wish that Sam's allowed pick up for the 40 pack bottled water. This service helps me as I already suffer from back pain. I attempted online for the 40 pack only to deal with trying to reverse the order because Sam's setup delivery only. I don't believe that I have been refunded because I did find half the order outside my gate. There is a costly shipping charge for 40 pack water delivery. Sam's please stop that, however, my big bottled water pickup for my water dispenser went well. Thanks.

Not this purchase, but the last one, one of the bottle tops is scrunched and it will not work in our water cooler. It is just sitting in our dining room, cannot do anything with it. We have a Brio Water dispenser and the bottle does not go on top, it sits underneath. But, again, we cannot use it.

I used to buy this water all the time but my club hasn't carried it in over a month. I am getting the run around from club and whoever I contacted by email.I bought the dispenser from club and now you are not going to carry the water? Bring it back please.

I found these by accident and have not looked back since. Lighter weight due to having a more water bottle like composition - this has some cons as it also is easily malformed like a water bottle instead of the more rigid plastic five gallon jugs. It is only 4 gal capacity but again price comparison makes it a more than decent value. Easy to smash and recycle just like regular water bottles
