I bought the first box and all was well. A few months later I bought a 2nd box and a part was missing and NO INSTRUCTIONS were included. It was a major hassle trying to fit all those pieces back in the box to return. Sam's club replaced the item and guess what? NO INSTRUCTIONS again, and one small broken plastic part. I've read other reviews and Keter response was "go to our website for instructions". This XXL 230 gallon box IS NOT on their website. There is one that looks similar but I have no way of knowing if assembly instructions are identical. As another reviewer said DO NOT THROW AWAY box until you get the thing assembled and figure out if parts are missing (kind of hard to tell without an instruction diagram). Nice box but not worth buying it with the hassle if instructions aren't included, parts missing, broken etc.

Great deck box

This storage box is so well engineered that i bought a second one! I am a 59-year-old gal and found it straightforward to assemble: mostly just snap and click, and then simple philips head screwdriver is all you need for the last couple of steps. Despite the simplicity, it's reinforced in all the right places; I am impressed by its durability. Recommend highly!!

I just received this deck box, after the first one was returned due to freight damage. This box arrived, and the cardboard box it was packaged in was completely smashed. The only reason we kept it, was because all the parts were there and they were undamaged. The freight companies that handle these deck boxes should be looked into, 2 out of 2 the boxes were beyond damaged.

Sturdy, easy assembly.

Box looks good and will hold a lot of stuff. There was an assembly problem. The brace that is added to stiffen the lid, part MO, did not fit properly. It was 1/8” too long and three of the screw slots were not in the proper place. After cutting to the proper length and drilling the holes, it worked fine.

Great price for the size and pretty easy to assemble. I was able to put it together by myself.

Perfect for storing cushions and BBQ accessories. Lots of room. Easy to assemble.

Great for storing our outdoor furniture cushions. Stays dry even after a heavy rain!

Box holds all of my outdoor furniture cushions
