We had our previous Deck Box from Sam's for many years with no problems until it eventually did warp some the last year we used it. The new one leaks very badly. We need to take it back. Very disappointed that we can't put any of our furniture pillows in the bin because they get wet and typically we have 3" of water in the bottom of it each time it rains. I would not recommend this product.

Seems like a good product, missing all 4 interior brackets and 2 corner plugs. 1 Corner support broken but did not affect assembly. Overall, it's great for storage and Keter was responsive to parts request, although their parts website does not have the 230 Gallon loaded yet, so you cannot get parts via a parts request, you have to talk to customer service, which was great, just took awhile listening to music to get to the great customer service.

This is the perfect deck box. Very large! I bought in white and it looks so nice on my deck. Holds a ton. Very sturdy. Ended up buying another! One for my outdoor cushions and pillows and one for the pool toys and floating devices. Very easy to put together. Sam's price was by far better than anyone else for these exact deck boxes. Highly recommend

These boxes are great for deck storage. We use them primarily for pillows and other deck items that need to put put out of sun and rain. They seem to hold up well over the years. I had another box (the smaller 99.99 box) which held up well for a dozen years or so -- no leaking and minimal fading -- but that was in Upstate New York weather and snow. My newest box is somewhat larger and hopefully will do as well, although we are now in Central Texas and the heat and rain might be more challenging for it. The first box came from Sam's Club fully assembled; the new one came in a "flat box" and needed to be put together. The directions for assembly were quite clear and almost impossible to have problems if you follow them.

This is heavier and more durable than expected (good thing) and was easy to assemble. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the edges had excess material hanging off that I had to cut off with a blade which required me to spend more time than I preferred, doing something that I should not have needed to do. Other than that, I am super happy with it and I love that the smaller size was sold out and I had to reluctantly spend $50 more.... It was worth it. It holds sooooooo much stuff!!!!!

After extensive research on deck boxes and reading over 100 reviews, we bought this on the Mother's Day Saturday promotion for $30 off. I tried to buy it online at midnight then again at 1 AM and the Sam's website still wasn't loading, so I went to bed. Got up early, bought it before 7 AM and the in-store stock at our local store was already snapped up. (They had several pallets of these when I was there 2 days prior.) So, took advantage of the free shipping. Package was delivered by FedEx the following Wed. There was no damage to the box, so I was optimistic we were good to go. We carefully opened the box on the porch and sure enough, the corner of the top cover was chipped off. The piece was not in the carton, so we assume it was shipped that way. I called Keter, per enclosed instructions. I was told to upload my receipt and photos of the damage. This was done last week. I still have not received any response. And, unfortunately, they still do not have any in stock at my local store. Being a seasonal item, they probably won't restock. At this point, we will likely return the package to Sam's and get a refund. There are quite a few horror stories posted online that it can take many months for replacement parts to arrive from Keter. We don't want to wait. Disappointed.

Original shipment was damaged. Sams sent a replacement which was done in a very timely manner. We have put the deckbox together & feel that we will be very satisfied. We wanted a really large deckbox to store our patio furniture cushions in. This one will be perfect for that.

I absolutely love this storage box. I was concerned about fitting my umbrella to my outside table in there but thankfully it did fit. There is plenty of storage for about anything you need to place in there. Another perk was after the rain everything was dry, so no leaks. It was easy to assemble but I would say getting to the end o assembly you should have 2 people.

This product arrived with missing parts and a cracked corner. Didn't realize until half way through the assemble. It did not come with instructions either. I had to watch a youtube video with someone putting it together at wrap speed to try to make do. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed. I'm ordering another from Sam's to be delivered next week and hopefully between the two I have enough parts to put together a complete one. Will take back the 2nd box with remaining parts for a refund. Not Happy.

If you have a lot of light weight items this is a deck box for you. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. (The detailed pictures helped). Pieces are plainly marked. The deck box went together in a few minutes (no missing parts-yea!) and could be done by 1 person except for a couple of steps. But then I am a petite person and the box length is the same as my height. All you need is a screw driver and gloves (protect from the metal pieces) but I used a small rubber mallet to help me lightly tap the panels and pieces together. No brute strength needed. For the money, I am disappointed in the density/strength of the panels. If it weren’t for the end and corner reinforcement pieces I would have returned it. Without them the box is flimsy. The bottom piece could really be strengthened. Instructions state it will hold 165 lbs (??) It states it is all weather, lockable but you can’t sit on it. It has a limited 2 year warranty.
