If compared to the name brand it is better. I have MD and when I showed these to my eye doctor she said she was going to tell all her patients about it

As far as I can tell, they work as good as the more expensive version. I couldn't tell if the other ones were working and to date I am still getting eye injections every 8 weeks. I can't give this 5 stars because there is no way of knowing if it is working, and I can't give it less than 4 because I don't know if it is not.

I am trying these out because they are a better value than the name brand. SAMS usually does a very good job of replicating the original. I verified the active and inert ingredients, pretty much identical.
