The product arrived in a very secure package. The instructions were simple to follow. Sleeping on the mattress was an experience, having never slept on one. But I've adjusted and I'm experiencing a good night's sleep.

We have another mattress from this company that we love. We ordered this one and the chemical smell is awful.. Its been airing out for 5 days and it still stinks. My son has had to sleep on the couch.
