Five days after I opened the box and settled the matters on the bed it was only 6” when I was told to wait 72 hours to reach 12”. Also, one corner was missing a piece of the center foam, there was an empty space there. I don’t or can’t say the product is bad. What I’m expressing is that the one I received was not good.

My husband and I bought this mattress after our daughter purchased the same mattress earlier this year. She said that she loved her bed! Well, the first night on the mattress it was an ok sleep. Second night was better and now 5 days later we love it. It takes a few days to adjust from a conventional mattress to a memory foam. We love it!

Purchased the Night Therapy Elite, King on 4/4/2020. It was great for about the first 2-3 years, but we've been rotating it every month or so since to try to offset the depressions. We're normal-sized: me 6' 195, and my wife 5'7" 165 and the depressions are so bad, we need to replace it. We thought we'd get closer to 10 years (at least 7) like we have with every other mattress we've owned in our 35 years of marriage, including the previous memory foam mattress we bought from the other large club store.

Like everyone I was worried about ordering a mattress that I couldn't test first. I like a firm mattress with a soft pillow-top. I did visit a few mattress stores and liked the feel of a memory foam mattress but they were all $1400+ for a King. This is great to sleep on. Highly recommended.

This bed is very comfortable. I had an older memory foam bed previously and my husband and I would get so hot halfway through the night that it was becoming a problem. We were also sinking too far into the mattress and were waking up with back pain. The gel memory foam is great because we no longer get hot. Also, it was firmer then expected but it is an advantage because we don't sink so far into the mattress and therefore, no back pain. Just a great nights sleep. Unpacking was easy. We let it air for about 36 hours. What smell there was, which was minimal, was gone by the time we put the sheets on. I was hesitant about ordering a mattress online without trying first, but we were definitely pleased with our purchase.

I purchased this mattress because I was tired of the poor quality of sleep I was getting on a standard mattress. I thought any mattress had to be better than what I had been sleeping on and after trying three standard mattresses I thought I'd try a Tempur Pedic. The price and my skepticism caused me to look at a less expensive alternative. I've now had the foam mattress for over a week and it's taken a little getting use to but so far I'm sleeping much better and my back doesn't hurt near as much as with the other mattresses. I'm a rather large person and the reviews on this mattress had me concerned. Not sure if this is the last mattress I'll try but the memory foam is by far one of the most comfortable I've slept on. As for the smell, it wasn't a problem at all. The first night or two I noticed a slight chemical odor but nothing overpowering and I am sensitive to odors. If you're not sure about memory foam this is a good mattress to try out. My back does get a little warm but not too bad. In my opinion, it's difficult to adequately evaluate a memory foam mattress from just laying on one in a store. It's best to sleep on one for a fair evaluation. They feel a little stiff at first but then it conforms to your body and feels more comfortable.

Odor was not too bad and dissipated quickly with only slight hints of it afterwards for a few days. Did not bother us. A little soft on the edge when getting in and out...our bed is rather high so it takes you by surprise sometimes. I weigh 260 and my wife 135 so it affects me more. Very nice firm foam and it responds well. My movements do not affect my wife. Best sleep we've had in years, much better than our 7 year old spring Sealy Posturepedic which cost us nearly 800$. While this is no doubt a great deal, and you really cant go wrong, this week I went out to try a $1200 Sealy Foam mattress, and I have to say I like it better all be it double the price. It does not have the soft edges like this one, and the foam responds better. I will likely put this one in the guest bedroom in the coming months and purchase the Sealy foam. ' But...if your budget is sub $600 then you will definitely not go wrong with this mattress! I certainly recommend it for the price.

Purchased this for my 16 yr old daughter and she totally loves it! It's firm enough that you don't sink into it to deep. The odor was gone after a day...and it wasn't that bad. Expanded to a full 12 inches instantly. I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived on Saturday, I will try to give an update in a few months to see how the quality holds up,

I was reluctant to purchase this mattress simply due to the price and afraid of the hassle i'd have it i had to return it. Well all my worries went away the first night I slept on it. This is the best money spent, ever. The mattress isn't hot as others state and only had a chemical smell the first day. It is unbelievable how comfortable this mattress is. I'm about to order my second one for the spare room.

We were very skeptical about a memory foam mattress as we have always had a spring mattress. After reading the reviews I felt it was definitely worth trying especially since my husband has spinal issues. Somewhat of an odor initially but only lasted a few days. I immediately felt comfortable sleeping on this mattress. It took several days before my husband admitted he liked the new mattress because he is one who doesn't like change. We both are sleeping better than ever and not tossing and turning all night. I feel this has the support needed but isn't hard as a rock to sleep on. I guess the only drawback is that neither one of us want to get up in the morning now because of how comfy it is.
