We buy LOTS of this cheese for our pizza shop because it's a low cost cheese that still tastes and melts very well. That being said it is becoming almost impossible for us to use because the cheese clumps together A LOT. Very rarely do we have a bag that isn't super clumpy that we have to break apart with our hands before we can use. But even after breaking apart it is still a little wet and sticky.

This Cheese is by far the best! I had to buy the skim cheese as they ran out of this and Chicken parm and meatball subs just aren’t the same. “Skim” is okay, but we all know that you need some fat to melt it properly. “Whole milk” does the trick! Tastes great melted or just the way it is!

I have had pretty good luck with this product ..It has some flavor which is good because I find most lower price mozz Is quite lacking in

This whole milk mozzarella cheese is so much better than the part-skim. The part-skim is virtually tasteless! Please bring this cheese back. It's great for pizza!

Bought this since they’re no longer carrying Frigo, which was a staple in my home. It had an expiration date 3 months out, but was green moldy after 3 weeks. Wasted money.

This cheese melts well, cooks well. And taste like Mozzarella should!

I prefer the whole milk mozzarella vs the skim milk variety!Very smooth and consistent melt and texture!

This mozzerella tastes much better than a lot of popular brands that sell for $3 or $4 for an 8oz package. . I love it!
