Terrible cheese, turns watery when melt, new chew, no string, just mush

This cheese has good flavor and texture. My family and friends love the meals I use it in.

This awesome for melting and Pizza. I break it up in 1 pound bag, freeze it and it is amazing.

This cheese tastes nothing like mozzarella. I have bought it twice - but never again. It has a Velveeta-like over-processed quality. If you’re a fan of plastic-liked wrapped American Cheese, then you’ll like this. If you’re looking for mozzarella to make your own pizzas, or to melt on a sandwich, forget this one, and find something else.

So frustrated by this product. It USED to be VERY good cheese for a shredded product. Tonight was homemade pizza night, and instead of stringy mozzarella, I got something akin to American cheese:flowed like lava all over the place, when it cooled it had the consistency of paper pulp: little dollops of sadness all over.

This is the absolute best shredded mozzarella, please keep it in stock!!!

Not as good as use to be. Believe a new additive must be in the cheese, does not have the pull or chewiness of mozzarella when used on pizza. If looking for the stretchiness, would not purchase
