I think this is a good toothpaste is you drink a lot of tea but you don't like your teeth stained. I seen a difference in 2 weeks.

like some other tooth paste it works good. smells good and doesn't taste nasty. get it to smell fresh.

I am unable to say if this works as far as whitening teeth. I apparently have very sensitive teeth and only could keep a strip on for a few seconds
