Great toothpaste, I can tell a difference in my teeth. I am a frequent coffee drinker so this helps tremendously

They don't really change my teeth color. But they seem a little bit brighter. There isn't much difference from other whitening toothpastes.

I've used this toothpaste for years and I really like the quality and flavor. I do see some whitening help but it's not drastic.
