I use this toothpaste at least 2 times a day if not more. I drink coffee and tea all the time and I don't have any stains. I love this toothpaste.

this doesn't make my teeth sensitive. i can tell a bit of a difference in my teeth after i use it for a couple of days! it's nothing drastic though.
