What happened to the formula?! I have used this toothpaste for so many years and always loved it. the most recent tube I bought (with the new packaging) has a horrible taste and actually makes my breath bad…worst part is it makes my mouth numb. I don’t have sensation in my tongue! I didn’t realize it was the toothpaste causing the problem at first. After I brush, the numbness would stick around for a few hours and then disappear. To test out if it was really the toothpaste causing the problem, I stopped using it for a few days and the numbness went away. I used the toothpaste for the first time again today, and my mouth and tongue have been numb all day and night!!… And I am starting to freak out! Thank you for ruining what was a great product. I will be writing you to try and get my money back. this is infuriating and I am worried.

I have always been a fan of the Crest Vivid White toothpaste. It has always been such a great toothpaste for me. And this one is no different. I am happy with the result I have gotten from using the toothpaste, and have had people compliment me on how white me smile is (which is always nice). I will continue to purchase this product from now on.

It tastes great and foams nicely to get in between your teeth too. Usually with products like this I experience sensitivity immediately but so far so good! I brought this toothpaste 3 days ago and am absolutely so thrilled with the results, I had to get on here and share my experience. After 2 days of using this fantastic product, I was asked how I got my teeth so white. I am absolutely astounded by the results of this toothpaste. Receiving a complement on how white my teeth look after only 2 days of use is a resounding endorsement.

I have been using your Radiant Mint product for as long as I can remember. Both my wife and I like the product and use it exclusively. However, finding the larger tube sizes 5 and above in local stores or on line has become difficult. I can find 3oz tubes but that is about it. Even looking on-line, I can not find larger tubes 5oz or bigger. I prefer the 6.4 oz tube. Is there a reason for this??

I use this toothpaste daily as part of my new regimen...I used the whitestrips to almost instantly whiten my teeth and follow up with the toothpaste for everyday maintenence. The toothpaste doesn't foam up as much as I'm used with other pastes, but it doesn't really matter when it works this well!

The flavor is subdued and refreshing while not being overly sweet. After brushing I feel clean and can tell that my teeth are whiter. It's my new favorite toothpaste.

I’ve been purchasing this toothpaste for years. My recent purchase I noticed the tube looked different and felt much smaller than the old tube. I compared and sure enough, old tube is 4.1 oz and new tube in 3.8 oz. I will no longer be purchasing any Crest products going forward.
