It works really well with the whitening, however it made my teeth super sensitive after using it with the strips for years. I love the flavor of the toothpaste, but I just couldn't use it anymore.

Crest 3D white toothpaste is great for those without a lot of fillings. I myself don't typically chose this toothpaste because it can discolor your fillings long term.

As with any whitening toothpaste, you notice a couple shades whiter but as soon as you stop the paste the whiteness goes away. This paste does not cause sensitivity and I like that!
