Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to report your experience, though we truly hate to hear the air conditioner isn’t working properly. We know how frustrating that must be, and our team will be informed of your experience for future review - we always want to be aware of any possible areas of concern. If the air conditioner now won’t start at all, you may want to check the circuit breaker/fuse to ensure enough power is reaching the unit, or try completely disconnecting from power for a couple minutes before reconnecting. Pressing the Reset button on the power cord plug may also help. We do have troubleshooting tips on page 13 of the manual; if you’d like to view that, you can do so on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page.
