Purchased this two weeks ago. I love this AC. I also love that I can monitor temperature of my house while not at home. Thank you for ease and convenience!

I bought this unit to replace one of the same size that I had for many years. WoW! What a difference having this new unit has made. I love being able to turn it on or off when I am not home through the app. This makes it so convenient.

This air conditioner is being used in a spare bedroom in addition to whole house air. I keep it on economy until we use the room & love that I can turn it up of down with my phone!

The A/C was for a boys play house.We live in North Texas and for our Grandson to be able to play in his playhouse I had to put an A/C in it. It has no insulation and is about 350 Sq Ft. and it keeps it about 73 degrees.

Bought this unit for a small Florida room that is always hot. Keeps it cool (even cold) so that my main air doesn't run as much. Great unit, easy install, love the wireless (smartphone) app !

Its been running like a champ so far. We have a room 11 x 15 and its keeps it cold. We upgraded from a 6000 btu, huge difference. Easy to install and operate

AC doesn't cool the small space that I bought it to cool. Admittedly, it has been very hot, but my building is less than four hundred square feet and this should have been adequate.

I like the bluetooth capability and the fact that this ac cools a room down pretty quickly. It's tough to sleep in the room though because the thing is incredibly loud.

This air conditioning unit never worked right. I put it on the cool setting and it would only work half the time. Other times it would shoot out ice and just blow hot air (not cold air). I'm very disappointed with this purchase and will no longer purchase this brand!! Beware!!

I am greatly disappointed in this product. I can’t even begin to tell you about what a poor Job this device is. It took over an hour to get the room cooled. Per the guide on the cover, we purchased the model perfect for our room but the cold air is subpar. Here is a quick list of how bad this product is. - The kit came with a missing piece for installation. Had to get a replacement from GE. - Not quiet at all, the noise level is as loud as a box fan on its max setting, - It never shuts off - Never reaches its set temperature of 78 degrees -App has a 1 star rating on the Apple store and won’t connect to the device. -the ECo mode just shuts the device off despite not reaching it temperate. -My room got colder from leaving the window open all night versus using this device. Either I received a dud or this product is genuinely horrid.
