I am very happy with my GE smart appliance. Keeps my living room at a comfortable temperature. Got the app and now I can control my desired temperature anytime! Great price to!

Install was pretty straight forward. As soon as the unite was in place and plugged in, it started blasting cold air and that's what we were looking. It's a new install and we expect things to work as advertised. So far, so good!

This has been the best window unit I've owned, it cools my room quickly the wifi option is great! It let's me know how much power I've used, I'm able to turn on the unit when I'm away, it has many useful features and options.

Bought 3 of these last fall and they performed ok. 2 of 3 still cool this year. Bought an exact replacement and it won’t even try to cool right out of the box. Sad workmanship for China. I always liked GE products but never again.

This is the second GE unit I have installed in my bedroom. My father, who is 94 is cold natured and keeps the central unit on 77. This window unit allows me to stay cool while he remains comfortable.

This a/c only lasted 4 years. It was great when it was working. Had some good features. A brand name, but disappointing that we had to replace it so soon.

This ac has some great features. And being able to control from an app even better. It’s really loud that’s the only reason I gave it a 3. Other than that it works for my master bedroom.

The app really sets it apart. Can control all functions via app, making it convenient if you forgot to turn it off or need to turn it on before you come home.

The greatest thing about the new GE I’ve purchased which this is the second one is the Wi-Fi feature I also have the app to where I can control the temperature even when I’m not home big plus in my book

I love the technology on this unit. I can cool my room before I get home. If I forget to shut the unit off, I just get on my phone app and Voilà, I can turn it off.
