We purchased this product to get us through the 2 weeks that it took to replace our system. It took care of the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. We were comfortable.

Overall extremely very satisfied with the performance of this unit. Easy to install, WIFI comes in handy if you're not home. The remote device is a plus. Highly recommend this unit, Super Cooool!

This a/c only lasted 4 years. It was great when it was working. Had some good features. A brand name, but disappointing that we had to replace it so soon.

This unit cools my living room and dining area very quickly. I love the WiFi feature that allows me to turn it in just before leaving work. The temperature have been in the upper 90s but that’s been no problem for this unit.

Reasonable degree of volume for a window a/c Connecting the wifi was a test of patience but it is quite worth it, recommend using the GE app versus external services.

So far, have only have used the air conditioner a few times. Works well. Longevity is the key though. I love the wifi feature. Can control all aspects from our phones. Setting timers is easy.

We have only had the AC installed for a few hours so far and we're loving it! Time will tell if it holds up. But we have high hopes it'll help with our AC problem.

They have instructions for installing this thing if you have storm windows but in actuality it's impossible to do and have an appropriate seal around the air conditioner. Returned.

Just recently installed this smart AC. With the automation, flexibility and convenient features, I love everything so far. Hoping it will last a long time based on GE's reputation for reliability and durability.
