It’s charcoal, and it works like Charcoal works. What attracted me was the price same for a 20 lb bag that other retailers charge for a 16 lb bag.

Most bags have downsized. This is still 20 lbs. Works great in a chimney. No lighter fluid needed. Just a piece or two of paper.

This is a total of 8lbs more charcoal than the Kingsford 2 packs from Lowe’s or Walmart at the same price . So who doesn’t want more for less.

This is a very good buy. My only complaint is that most of what was available at my Sam's club had tears in the bags

This is a really good value. We definitely like to barbecue often and prefer Kingsford. We have never had any complaints about the product or the service at Sam’s.

Have any of the experts in your packaging, design, marketing or sales departments attempted to successfully open a bag of your briquets, using the instructions on the bag "Open From End On Front"? I have tried many times over several years and this method failed, CONSISTENTLY!!! I would include an image but your system did NOT allow.
