Have any of the experts in your packaging, design, marketing or sales departments attempted to successfully open a bag of your briquets, using the instructions on the bag "Open From End On Front"? I have tried many times over several years and this method failed, CONSISTENTLY!!! I would include an image but your system did NOT allow.

There is a lot of different opinions about charcoal but, I think KIngsford Original Charcoal Briquettes will always be my choice for my grills and smokers. It has never let me down and no matter where I go, I can always find a bag. Additionally, Sams has a fair price on the product whenever I need it.

I've tried other brands, but I keep coming back to Kingsford--regular, not the "professional." (It starts faster, but it also burns up faster, not long enough for all kinds of grilling.) It is consistent and predictable. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

Have used in the past. Works well with lighting chimney.

lights up nicely and stays hot as needed.

Great charcoal. This is a great product for BBQ.

I am old school and prefer over pellets.
