We only buy Kingsford charcoal because it has always worked best for us. Lights fast with lots of edges to light. Burns longer, Ready to cook with it in about 15 mins.

I've tried other brands, some less expensive, some more expensive. The last thing I want to do is light the fire and wonder what kind of heat I'm going to get. Will never stray from my Kingsford!

I have found that the original Kingsford is the best charcoal I can find. If you light and let them get hot, then spread evenly there is no reason why your dinner should be evenly cooked and delicious.

in mid 2020 we purchased a 2X20 of Kingsford Original . They were very hard to start , to keep burning. and lower temperature.I reported this at the time Please return to your "Original" formula !
