Kingsford WAS my family brand for decades. The new charcoal is worthless for low and slow cooks. And that is SAD. Another product that was passed down for generations has been ruined by corporate greed.

Just learning how to bbq with charcoal. Its usually my husbands job, but I want to get out of the kitchen and enjoy being outside cooking and drinking beer, too!

This is the only kind that we ever buy. We grill ALOT so its nice to have charcoal that we love to use. It gets hot quickly and doesnt make your food taste funny.

We've used Kingsford for years... grew up with it and have continued to use it for all our outdoor grilling (which is 52 weeks a year in California!) Lights easily, burns consistently well, wouldn't think of using any other brand!

We have been using this for years. It starts quickly and burns for quite a long time. I can't wait for grilling season this year so I can try the tip of putting in a paper bag to light it off.

I love the way this makes grilling easy. It adds great taste to the food that sometimes we don't even use seasoning! It's great for grilling porkchops!

I ran out of charcoal and sent my wife to get some, she brought home some generic charcoal. Needless to say I went back to get Kingsford. Never use any other!!

I use Kingsford all the time for my grill and smoker. I just wish the pull tab to open worked. It always seems to rip about 1/4 down with the bag still closed.

I always stock up on Kingsford. I have tried other brands and lighting fluids but they just can't compare. I will never buy anything but Kingsford again.

This is the ONLY brand of charcoal I will use to grill and smoke with. I don't a gas grill at all. I only use 100% Kingsford Original all others just do not burn evenly.
