I get a stack of Kingsford good and hot, throw on some soaked hickory sticks and smoke additional Kingsford and I'm ready to smoke some ribs, chicken, pork butt...whatever is on the menu. Tried cheaper charcoal that either went out or burned up to quickly. LOVE this stuff!!

The weather was right for a grilled steak and I went out and got a fresh bag of Kingsford and 2 steaks. It was wonderful ! The coals were hotter then ever and ready in 15 min. Cabin fever was over the Grill is back in use ! We use it 3 to 4 times a week most of the year and this snow the last three weeks made for some less then great meals. I have used Kingsford for thirty years and nothing comes close. Had I read this email before I cooked I would have had picture of the grill and melting snow and great steaks.

My Dad used Kingsford exclusively and always said it worked better than ANY off brand he'd ever tried. They light faster, burn longer and hotter and just made grilling easier for him overall. Dad seems so much smarter now that I have gotten to 50 years of age. Imagine that!!

Only the best is used in my grill. I love the taste of kingsford, i dont use the charcoal with chips added because everything i put on the grill requires a different amount of smoke. I only use kingsford chips of course. While gas may be faster a true robust smoke flavor cannot be beat.

I have been using Kingsford charcoal for 25 years or more.You made a change to the charcoal by reducing the size of the briquete with a K stamped in it.I have to use about 20% to 25% more to acheive the same results with the old charcoal.I am very disappointed with this new briquete.I see that it is good for Kingsford as you will sell alot more charcoal.I did love your product but I am going to try different brand now.Burns longer is not true at all.

We buy nothing but Kingsford original Charcoal because there is no mistaking the quality. With the ease of lighting it and the long burn there is nothing else that we'd trust with all of our grilling/smoking adventures! Kingsford has never let us down!

The reviews that complain about the product not lighting, burning, whatever, are simple insane. I’ve been grilling and smoking with this stuff for a decade in my Weber kettle and Smoky Mountain Bullet smoker, including several overnight smokes. Lighting is a cinch with a chimney and the briquettes burn perfectly. Great product!

We've been using Kingsford Charcoal for as long as i can remember and its consistent and never disappoints. Lights evenly and is reliable; we use this for year round grilling here in the Windy City! my fiance and i only use kingsford charcoal because he won't touch a gas grill. it is easy to light and we don't have to use very much charcoal. it makes the food taste way better than a gas grill hands down!! we don't use anything else but KINGSFORD!!!

I was wondering if you put any chemicals in your original formula. I need natural charcoal (which your packaging indicates ) for the purpose of putting in the bottom of pots for propagating orchids. I use your original product for grilling and am very satisfied but don't know if you have any chemicals in this variety.
