Since they made these new thin ones they are terrible...They are not very absorbent, they smell and they bunch up in the crotch are and that causes over flow on the clothes...I really liked the other ones...they had some firmness to them, they held the pee, they held the odour and did not bunch in the crotch....I loved these!!!! I have used Poise for years and I just loved them until now.....Now they are pretty close to Tena's junk.....Please bring them back...Let the customer have a choice of thin or firm....Thanx

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a new Mom my bladder is not what it used to be. Then I got a really bad cold. I would get these cough attacks which made me leak a lot. These worked great! I wish period pads came with this length. These absorbed at night when I would cough while lying on my back. It's really absorbent and I didn't have to worry about getting my clothes wet. Just give them a try because I was glad I found these.

I was so excited to buy the new wider in the back Overnight Poise Pads, but I was so sad once I used them. I've used the Ultimate Absorb Long Poise for a few years now, and was always unhappy about the back. The new wider back would be wonderful, if you would have left everything else just as it was. Now the new one leaks like crazy in the front. It seems too long and doesn't fit as it should. Please change the new one so that it's just like the old one only wider in back. Thanks SO much!

They are a lightweight pad that is thin and not too bulky. The pad holds a lot of liquid and I am able to wear one of these and not get irritation. A lot of the thick pads make give me rashes and blisters because I have sensitive skin. With these pads I don't have to worry about blisters. They actualy help control the sweating that occurs with the use of pads. These are unscented and work amazing. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel very “poised” to go out and about with confidence from occasional bladder leakage accidents when wearing my new Poise pads that I received from @Influenster! The absorbency is a 5 Maximum Regular. Each pad has a FreshSense layer that locks in odor and wetness. The CaptureCare protection also wicks away leakage for better protection, making you feel much dryer, along with a Dry-Touch layer that rapidly locks away 10 times more wetness.. The pads are individually wrapped and the approximate size of them is 10” long by 3-1/2” wide. I love that they are marked with “Front” to guide you in the placement of them. They are just a bit too bulky for my individual preference but they absolutely do keep you dryer without any leakage at all. I do highly recommend these great Poise pads for keeping you dryer and feeling protected.

My mother has used Poise for years, since she began experiencing bladder leakage in its earliest stages. She always said Poise was the best product out there. She is Spanish speaking so that's why I'm submitting this entry. She is now in the 5 absorbency. But for quite some time she has been back and forth from the regular length to the longer length, as she prefers the normal length, but has reluctantly resorted to the longer length to prevent wetting her underwear, but still is not satisfied with the results. I've tried to talk her into trying the 6 absorbency, normal length, but she insists that the problem is not in content amount, but that the quality of the product materials has diminished. She is not concerned with the design, but again, that the quality of the product materials has diminished, and that's what is upsetting her about the product. Manufacturers think they can fool a customer and that is not so. They build a reputation, then they lower the quality of materials to optimize their profit, and specially loyal customers are the first to note the difference. I'm being honest with no intention to bad mouth. She doesn't want to have to wear an unnecessarily bulkier pad if she doesn't have to, and on top of that be forced into upgrading absorbency, compromising comfort, and spending more money. Thank you.

I have been using the maximum long length for years. I DO NOT like the new design! It leaks and is not nearly as absorbent as the previous design. Please bring back the old design! Until you do, I will be shopping for another brand. You know the old saying "if it's not broke, don't fix it.". You never should have changed it!
